YOUR STORY > MADE VISIBLE > FOR CHANGE
Juxtapose is a collective space for women to make the unseen visible — to name the everyday moments of bias and inequity that often go unspoken. Here, you can share your story anonymously, find someone who listens, offer mentorship, or give back through acts of solidarity.
Together, these stories form a living mosaic — threads of truth that reveal the patterns shaping our daily lives. In bringing them to light, Juxtapose stirs empathy, awakens awareness, and inspires collective action toward a more just and gender‑equal world.
Who?
We are a collective born from lived experience—a group of women who have faced workplace bias and inequity, joined by a male ally who has seen these barriers firsthand and shares our resolve that enough is enough. By merging our diverse expertise—from Mou's AI-driven entrepreneurship and Mohua's non-profit leadership to Dyuti's global risk analytics, Debapriya's creative communication, and Sayan's vast public health research experience—we created juxtapose.life - a safe, anonymous space for women to share their stories, find support, and fuel the movement for lasting social change.
Join us in sharing stories that spark solidarity and drive real-world change.
Why?
Juxtapose.life is a project rooted in representation. Social bias often goes untracked, unmeasured, and undocumented—yet it profoundly shapes women's everyday lives. Across workplaces, homes, and public spaces, women experience discrimination and violence expressed through language, behavior, institutional practices, legal frameworks, and social norms.
When bias is not documented or quantified, its impact is minimized—not only socially, but institutionally. What is not measured is rarely prioritized in research, public discourse, or policy decisions. The absence of data can make systemic harm appear invisible, weakening its legitimacy and obscuring its cumulative psychological toll. Without evidence, patterns are dismissed as isolated incidents rather than recognized as structural realities affecting women's mental health and the long-term well-being of society as a whole.
Data is more than information—it is validation. It is accountability. It is proof of existence.
How?
Juxtapose.life provides a global platform where women can anonymously report everyday instances of bias they face or witness. By collecting and preserving these experiences, we transform lived reality into documented evidence—evidence that can inform dialogue, research, and ultimately policy conversations. Each story strengthens collective representation and contributes to a clearer understanding of systemic patterns.
At the same time, life is not defined by hardship alone. It holds resilience, laughter, connection, and joy. We document those moments as well, honoring the full spectrum of lived experience.
Because life is layered, complex, and beautifully juxtaposed.
